Refund & Return Policy
At Zuno LLC, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard products will be returned within 30 days from the invoice date with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products must be in original condition and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Custom-built, special-order, or clearance items are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA number.
- Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Restocking Fee
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%, as determined by the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zuno LLC.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Most products sold by Zuno LLC are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty provided directly by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). To process a defective product under warranty, the OEM may require customers to contact them directly for repair or replacement and, in some cases, obtain a case number before a warranty claim or return can be completed.
- Replacement products are generally not shipped until the original item has been returned in accordance with this Return Policy, inspected, and approved by Zuno LLC. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, Zuno LLC will either ship a replacement or issue a credit, depending on the customer’s request.
Return Label
- The cost and arrangement of the return shipping label are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx or UPS) when returning products to us.
Warranty Claims
- Products covered by manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
- Zuno LLC may assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Customers must notify Zuno LLC within 14 days of the invoice date for lost or stolen packages.
- Damaged shipments must be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Software, digital licenses, downloadable products, opened consumables, and items marked “non-refundable” are not eligible for return or refund.
