These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services from Zuno LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order with us or using our website, you (“Buyer,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

General

• These Terms supersede any conflicting terms on Buyer’s purchase orders, invoices, or communications.
• No changes or waivers are valid unless agreed in writing by an authorized officer of Zuno LLC.
• Acceptance of products or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Quotations & Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
• Customer is responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
• Zuno LLC reserves the right to correct typographical or system errors in pricing.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment must be made in USD using the methods shown on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Zuno LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & RMAs

• Products may only be returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Standard products will be returned within 30 days of invoice date, subject to inspection and a restocking fee (up to 25%).
• Software, Custom or special-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

Warranty

• Zuno LLC warrants that products will meet published specifications and be free from defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturer’s warranty period.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or removal of serial numbers.
• For products marked “non-refundable,” the manufacturer’s warranty applies, and claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. 
• Zuno LLC may assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Zuno LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption).
• Zuno LLC maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
• This limitation survives termination or expiration of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, content, and software remain the property of Zuno LLC or its licensors.
• Buyer may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without written permission.

Export Compliance

• Buyer agrees to comply with applicable export laws and regulations.
• Products may not be resold, exported, or transferred in violation of U.S., Canadian, or international trade laws.

Force Majeure

Zuno LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
